Trailhead(s)/Access Directions: The Vortex section is located between SE 25th Ave and SE 95th St. in Ocala. It is accessible from parking at the Santos Trailhead approximately 2 miles to the northeast or at the Horse Park in the Barns section approximately 3.5 miles to the southwest – see those sections for directions.
Description: The Vortex section contains one trail open to both horseback riding and driving, it is approximately ¾ mile long and is mostly flat, easy shaded doubletrack. See map here.
